Soledad Lowe is a Argentine-Swedish FGA Gemologist, Jewelry Designer and Jeweler, who spent years in NYC and London, and currently resides in Miami.She started her career at some of the world’s leading auction houses. Soledad worked for Christie’s Jewelry Department in London and New York, as well as at Bukowskis Auction House and Stockholm Auction House in Sweden, where she regularly gave lectures in Gemology and Jewelry History. She also worked for the Swedish Court Jeweler W.A. Bolin. Soledad was later named Head Designer at the Japanese jewelry firm Yuri Ichihashi and then founded her own Gallery, Objets du Desir, in New York City.
Soledad won the Fashion Group International, FGI Award for Best Accessory Designer of the Year 2018. She was also named the Best Artistic Jeweler by Modern Luxury/Miami Magazine 2019. Her pieces harness inspiration from the realms of architecture, art and today's global cultural landscape. A delicate femininity collides with the jewelry’s graphic architecture, a decidedly modern take.
