Jewelry designer Cheena Mitchell is a self taught artisan whose pieces ingeniously reflect the marriage of authentic tribal design with a refined modernity. Born in Tangier, Morocco, to a sculptor and painter, she cites the art work of her parents and North African tribes as her inspiration.

The primary vision of Cheena’s latest design venture, Chee Lee Designs, is the design of classic, timeless, wearable works of art that fuse clean lines of geometric sculpture with a spiritual basis classifying and branding a selection of her neckpieces as amulets and talisman, made to protect.
